First LiST Invited Speaker Seminar brings international nanomaterials research to DPU
International Expertise Meets DPU Research
With the first LiST Invited Speaker Seminar, Danube Private University (DPU) is taking another step towards strengthening international scientific exchange. The inaugural seminar welcomed Prof. Dr. Jianjun Wang from the Chinese Academy of Sciences to the TFZ in Wiener Neustadt.
On September 8, the LiST group at DPU welcomed Prof. Dr. Jianjun Wang from the Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, for the first LiST Invited Speaker Seminar. In his presentation, “Ostwald Ripening Induced Organic Nanoparticles” (ORIN), Prof. Wang shared insights into his current research and offered an inspiring perspective on the field of organic nanomaterials.
Numerous members of the LiST group attended the seminar, which was followed by a lively discussion and exchange of ideas. The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Knoll, DPU.
A New Seminar Series for Global Scientific Exchange
The seminar marks the beginning of a new series of regular LiST Invited Speaker Seminars, complementing the monthly internal seminars launched at the beginning of September. The new format brings researchers from different institutions and international backgrounds together to discuss current scientific developments and emerging research questions.
The series aims to broaden scientific perspectives, strengthen international networks and create new opportunities for future research collaboration.
