The award was presented during the 15th Annual Meeting of the NAI, held from June 1 to 4, 2026, in Los Angeles. Election as an NAI Fellow is considered one of the highest honors worldwide for academic inventors. It recognizes individuals who stand out for sustained innovation and for successfully translating scientific discoveries into applications with tangible societal impact.
