Sepideh Hatamikia, Head of AI and Image Processing at DPU, has been awarded the title of Associate Professor.
Research at the Intersection of Medicine and Artificial Intelligence
DPU Director Robert Wagner presented Sepideh Hatamikia with the official certificate at the Technology and Research Centre (TFZ) in Wiener Neustadt.
As Head of AI and Image Processing in the Hatamikia Research Group, part of DPU’s Medical Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence (MeDSAI) research group, Assoc.-Prof. Priv. Doz. Dr. Sepideh Hatamikia and her team work on innovative data science and artificial intelligence methods to make complex medical data more accessible and meaningful, helping to advance personalised medicine.
