Univ.-Prof. Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Ramona Woitek, PhD is Professor of Radiology and head of the Medical Image Analysis & Artificial Intelligence (MIAAI) research center at Danube Private University (DPU), Austria. Her work focuses on advanced imaging and AI for oncology, particularly breast and gynecological cancers, where she develops and validates quantitative imaging biomarkers and radiomics/AI models for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment response prediction. She has held clinical and academic positions at the Medical University of Vienna and the University of Cambridge, contributing widely cited research on hyperpolarized ¹³C MRI, radiomics, and AI-driven cancer imaging.
